SREO is offering up to Twenty Five Million Dollars ($25,000,000) of subordinated notes (the “Notes”) with terms of forty-eight (48) months at an interest rate of either seventeen percent (17%) per annum, compounded annually and paid at maturity, or thirteen percent (13%) per annum, interest paid monthly and principal paid at maturity.
Our business strategy is to invest in real estate backed assets, including mortgage loans secured by real estate and residential/ commercial real property, primarily in the State of Nevada. We will also evaluate investment opportunities in agency bonds and other securities backed by real estate and may, from time to time, invest in other opportunities that enhance our business strategies.
Our principal investment objectives are to maximize revenues from the interest income received on our mortgage loans and from the income earned on properties that we own as well as realizing growth in the value of our properties upon the ultimate sale of such properties.
